When someone else sells cordless phone batteries that actually fit my (aging) phones, I'll go elsewhere. For now, though, I still buy my phone batteries and - gulp - boombox accesories - at Radio Shack. I did notice this weekend that they are really trying hard to push their new nickname. "The Shack" was plastered all over the inside and outside of the store; as well as on my receipt: "Thank you for visiting The Shack".

Well, maybe they should sell Tiki Torches. Might make it a little more fun to shop there.

Personally - I'm really not sure what Radio Shack sells aside from cell phone plans, miscellaneous accessories, and remote controlled cars.

Changing the name to 'The Shack' makes it even more ambiguous. What does a store called 'The Shack' sell? Tiki torches?
